Kibbled Peanuts

Kibble Peanuts are simply peanuts that have been broken up into small beak sized snacks for your garden birds. They were originally designed to provide a safe way of feeding peanuts without using a peanut feeder during the spring and summer months - preventing parent birds feeding their chicks full peanuts (possibility of choking). But now these small granules have been found to be highly popular with many garden birds, including songbirds such as robins and blackbirds. 

Kibbled Peanuts are only suitable for feeding from the ground or on a bird table. This is because of the high oil content within the peanut granules, causing them to stick when placed in a traditional tubular seed feeder. They can, however, be mixed sparingly into a seed mix that is suitable for seed feeders.
